§ 75-8. Completion of approved course.

No person shall hereafter be given or accept a permanent appointment as a police officer in the City of North Wildwood, New Jersey, unless such person has successfully completed a police training course at a school approved and authorized by the Police Training Commission in the Department of Law and Public Safety of the State of New Jersey, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 56 of the Laws of 1961, as amended.
