§ 71-12. Sick leave with pay for Police and Fire Department members.

Members of the Police and Fire Departments shall be granted sick leave with pay pursuant to the terms of contracts between the City of North Wildwood and said members or the bargaining unit or units for such Departments. In the event there is no contract which applies to such members, such members shall be covered by § 71-11 of this article.
