§ 61-11. Qualifications.

The Purchasing Agent shall meet all of the criteria established by the State of New Jersey for a qualified purchasing agent as are set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-9b and in N.J.A.C. 5:34-5.1, et seq. and any amendments or supplements thereto.
