§ 57-2. Filing of copy with Authority.

A certified copy of this chapter shall be forthwith delivered to the Cape May County Municipal Utilities Authority so that that body can adopt a resolution approving this chapter and file its resolution and our ordinance with the Secretary of State of the State of New Jersey.
