§ 3-18. Jurisdiction of committees.

A.
The jurisdiction of the Administrative Committee shall include the Mayor, the Administrator, the City Clerk, the City Engineer, the Legal Department, the Department of Buildings, Parks and Grounds, the Department of Recreation and Tourism, the Tourists' Development Commission, the Municipal Court, the Zoning Official, the Planning Board, the Zoning Board, and the Alcoholic Beverage Commission.

B.
The jurisdiction of the Finance Committee shall include the Chief Financial Officer, Department of Revenue and Finance, the Department of Tax Collection, the Tax Collector and the Tax Assessor.

C.
The jurisdiction of the Public Safety Committee shall include the Police Department, the Fire Department, the Department of Emergency Management, Volunteer Services, the Beach Patrol and the Department of Construction Inspection.

D.
The jurisdiction of the Public Works Committee shall include the Department of Public Works.
