§ 37-23. Adoption of rules and regulations.

No rule, regulation or standard operating procedure for the Junior Firemen's Auxiliary shall be effective unless it is consistent with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:14-98 and has been approved by a duly adopted resolution of City Council.
