§ 27-10. Registered office.

The certificate of incorporation shall include the address of the Corporation's initial registered office, which may be the office of the City Clerk of the City of North Wildwood, and the name of the Corporation's initial registered agent at that address, as required by the New Jersey Nonprofit Corporation Act. Thereafter, the Board of Directors may change the Corporation's registered office and the Corporation's registered agent consistent with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 15A:1-1 et seq.
