In pursuance of an Act of the Legislature of the State of New Jersey,
Laws of 1886, Page 233, Laws of 1904, Page 393, and an Act entitled "An Act
Concerning Municipalities," approved 1917, and the several supplements thereto
and the amendments thereof, there is hereby created and established a Board of Commissioners
of Assessment in and for the City of North Wildwood, with all the duties,
powers and requisites conferred by law upon such boards.
